Booking Policies

Age requirement policy

Guest must be 18 years of age or older to check in. For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in.

CONNECTING ROOM POLICY

The hotel features Courtyard rooms with shared green space which are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel for further information.

EXTRA BEDDING POLICY

One travel cot is permitted in Suite Category rooms only. Rollaway beds are not available. Please contact the hotel for further information.

FAMILY PLAN POLICY

Children 6 years of age or younger sleep for free on existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult.

SUITE NIGHT AWARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.


Check-In & Checkout Policies

EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY

The standard check-in time is 3pm. Unless confirmed, early arrivals are subject to availability and fees may apply. To guarantee an early arrival, the previous night must be reserved.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.

LATE CHECKOUT POLICY

Late checkouts are subject to availability for an additional fee. Guests should contact the Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to departure. For late checkouts before 6pm, 50% of the daily room rate will apply. For checkouts after 6pm, the full daily room rate will apply.


General Policies

ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

The hotel is equipped with one accessible room which is subject to availability at the time of booking. The non-smoking room has a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with shower handrails and an alarm system.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed.


Health & Well-Being Policies

NOISE/DISTURBANCE POLICY

The hotel reserves the right to remove any guests who cause excessive noise or disruption to the hotel and other guests. Parties in guest rooms or suites is prohibited.

SMOKING POLICY

The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A penalty of 350 SGD will be imposed for smoking indoors.


Payment Policies

CHECK POLICY

The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact hotel administration directly. Please allow at least 3 days for the certificate to be processed.

PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card or cash deposit must be provided upon check-in. A third party does not have to be present to pay for a room with credit card however an authorization form must have been signed prior to arrival. Guests 6 years of age and older will be charged as adults.
